[1]The Tribunal wrote to the Claimant on 26 March 2023 asking if they still wish to pursue the claim. There was no response from the Claimant. As a result, the Claimant’s claims are now struck out because:• the Claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 25 January 2023, 16 February 2023 and reminder on 26 March 2023.• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The Claimant’s claims are therefore struck out.[3]The hearing listed for 05 May 2023 has therefore been vacated.
