JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the Southampton Employment Tribunal on 24 April 2025. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of part of the claim in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages is directed to pay the claimant the sum of £1593.75 gross in part satisfaction of the claimant’s claim.[3]If the claimant wishes to pursue a claim for more than £1593.75, she must notify the tribunal by 4pm on 12th January 2026.[4]If the claimant does not notify the tribunal by 12th January 2026 that she wishes to pursue a claim for more than £1593.75 this will be the final judgment in the claim, and the file will be closed without further order.
