JUDGMENT
[1]By consent it is ordered that the Respondent will pay to the claimant the gross sum of £11,538.42 as shown on the claimant’s final pay-slip being 3 weeks’ accrued but unpaid wages and 3 weeks’ notice pay subject to all required statutory deductions and the Respondent will account for any such statutory deductions as appropriate to the extent it has not yet done so.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the claimant for 3.5 days’ accrued but untaken holiday and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,346.17 to be paid subject to any necessary statutory deductions.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the claimant for outstanding expenses due and owing and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,534.57 being the amount of the outstanding expenses owed to the claimant.
