JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages in the period 28 September to 1 December 2017, in the gross sum of £102.23, less an agreed deduction of £5.75 – total £96.48.[2]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant arrears of holiday pay due to her for the holiday year January to December 2017, in the gross sum of £320.07.[3]Accordingly, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £416.55. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 1401379/2018[4]The Claimant’s application for a Preparation Time Order is refused.
