JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims were issued out of time, but it had not been reasonably practicable for them to have been issued in time and they were issued within such further time as was reasonable within the meaning of s. 23 of the Employment Rights Act, regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations and Article 7 of the Extension of Jurisdiction Order.[2]The Claimant’s complaints of breach of contract relating to notice, unpaid holiday pay, unlawful deductions from wages and a failure to provide written particulars of employment succeed and she is awarded the following compensation; Notice pay (1 week); £265.00 Holiday pay (4.06 weeks); £1,166.64 Unpaid wages (less sums received); £833.28 Failure to provide full written particulars (2 weeks’ pay); £574.70 Total; £2,839.62
