[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s claim for age discrimination fails and dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract fails and is dismissed.[4]The Claimant’s compensatory award is to be reduced to reflect a 50% chance that he would have been dismissed fairly on 18 December 2017 and a 50% chance that he would have remained in the Respondent’s employment in a role at a grade 9 salary.[5]Remedy to be determined at a separate hearing on 2 May 2019.
