It is the judgment of the tribunal that: Declaration[1]The Claimant was unfairly and wrongfully dismissed, and her dismissal was an act of pregnancy and maternity discrimination. Remedy: Unfair Dismissal[2]The Respondent do pay the Claimant a Basic Award in the sum of £300.00. Subtotal: £300.00 Remedy: Wrongful Dismissal[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £650.00 as damages for breach of contract.
