[1]By a letter dated 23 September 2021, the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out, or to request a hearing, because it had no reasonable prospect of success; the Claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal of 7 August 2021; it had not been actively pursued; it is not covered by the jurisdiction of the Employment Tribunal.[2]The Claimant has failed to make any or any sufficient representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
