[1]The Respondent unfairly dismissed the Claimant and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £500, in respect of an award for loss of statutory rights.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £6497.00 (less £1298.30 already paid), in respect of the Claimant’s Statutory Redundancy Pay entitlement and therefore the balance due to the Claimant is £5198.70.[3]The Claimant’s claim of breach of contract in respect of pay in lieu of notice fails and is dismissed.
