JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for damages for breach of a contract of employment for one weeks’ notice monies succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £240.00 net.[2]The respondent failed to pay the claimant for 1.8 weeks in lieu of entitlement to annual leave and is ordered to pay the claimant £432.00[3]The respondent failed to comply with the ACAS Code of Practice in relation to the above complaints and is ordered to pay the claimant an uplift of 10% on the above awards in the sum of £67.72.[4]The claimant’s wages claim fails and is dismissed[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant 4 weeks’ pay in the sum of £960.00 for failing to provide the claimant with a statement of employment particulars under Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.
