JUDGMENT
Upon consideration of evidence from the claimant in person, and there being no attendance by or on behalf of the respondent, and upon consideration of the contents of the ET3, and further correspondence from the respondent, it is adjudged as follows:[1]The claimant’s claim for the minimum unpaid salary due under his fixed term contract of employment from 1 January 2018 to 30 November 2018 is wellfounded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £7483.66.[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday entitlement due under the contract is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay £680.33.
