[1]The claimant ticked the box on the claim form for discrimination on grounds of gender reassignment in error. Accordingly, that complaint is dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The claimant did not have the necessary qualifying service for a complaint of ‘ordinary’ unfair dismissal or for a redundancy payment, and those complaints are dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.[3]The remaining complaints shall proceed to a hearing as ordered.
