Miss C LoxtonClaimantPhil and Donna McCannRespondent
Employment Judge Goraj DatedDate 18 July 2019

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 11 June 2019, the Tribunal directed the claimant to confirm by 18 June 2019 whether she still contended that she was owed any outstanding holiday pay by the respondents. The claimant did not respond to that letter.[2]The Tribunal sent the claimant a reminder on 24 June 2019 to which she did not reply.[3]By a letter dated 4th July 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity by 11 July 2019 to make representations or to request a hearing as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued. 2. The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
