JUDGMENT
[1]Following the Judgment dated 31 May 2018, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following sums; 2.(i) In respect of the claim for unfair dismissal, a total of £1,639.00, comprising; (a) A basic award of £1,341.00; (b) A compensatory award of £298.00. The recoupment provisions do not apply.(ii) In respect of the claim for unlawful deductions from wages, the gross sum of £33.75;(iii) In respect of the claim for unpaid holiday pay, the gross sum of £417.20.(iv) In respect of the claim of wrongful dismissal, no further sum.[3]The Claimant’s application for a preparation time order is dismissed.
