The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 9 October 2018 the tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, by 16 October 2018, as to why the claim should not be struck out, because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The tribunal took into account the contents of the respondent’s application of 27 September 2018 (and enclosed email correspondence between the parties), which had been copied to the claimant. The claimant has failed to make any representations in writing as to why the claim should not be struck out, or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The preliminary hearing fixed for 23 November 2018 will not take place.
