Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Bristol Employment Tribunals on 21 March 2023. The respondent presented a valid response in time on 21 April 2023 indicating that it did not defend the claim. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claim that Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages was well founded it shall pay the Claimant the sum of £2022.39 gross. Credit shall be given for any payments already made towards the sum due.[3]The hearing listed on 22 June 2023 is cancelled.
