JUDGMENT

[1]Under the Consent Judgment dated 11 September 2023 the Respondent agreed to pay the equivalent of 3% gross employer pension contributions for the period from 1 September 2019 to the termination of the Claimant’s employment on 20 January 2023. The calculation has not been agreed.[2]The correct calculation is 177 weeks x £8.25 = £1,460.25[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant the further sum of £1,460.25 within 14 days.[4]All payments will be by way of electronic transfer into the Claimant’s bank account.
