JUDGMENT
Upon hearing sworn evidence from Mrs Christine Blackledge on behalf of the Respondent, and upon her admission of wages owing in the sum of £613.17 and upon the non appearance of the claimant, Judgement is as follows;[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages of the sum of £613.17.[2]The claimants claim for unpaid holiday pay is dismissed.[3]The claimant did receive a written contract of employment in the standard form as set out in the respondent’s bundle of documents and is not therefore entitled to compensation under section 38 Employment Act 2002.
