[2]The claim that the Respondent was in breach of the Claimant’s contract of employment, in that she was not given notice of termination, succeeds.[3]The claims of sex discrimination (including equal pay) and victimisation, unlawful deductions from wages and a failure to pay accrued but untaken holiday are dismissed upon the Claimant’s withdrawal. REMEDY BY CONSENT[1]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the agreed sum of £2,610 in respect of her claim of unfair dismissal, which comprises solely of a basic award.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £2,610 gross in respect of notice pay, in respect of her claim of breach of contract. 10.13 Consent judgment – rule 64 Case No: 1401167/2019
