Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The First Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay her the gross sum of £2,494.25.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, this Judgment is entered on the basis that the claim is not contested within the meaning of rule 21.[3]The claim against the Second Respondent is dismissed, it having transferred the undertaking to the First Respondent before the deductions were sustained.[4]The hearing listed on 20 July 2018 is cancelled.
