The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]The respondent company is in compulsory liquidation. The permission of the court has not been obtained for these proceedings to be continued as required by the Insolvency Act 1986.

[2]On 05 July 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to obtain permission to proceed with the claim, and stated that in the absence of notification that it would be considered by an Employment Judge after six months and may struck out. No notification has been received from the claimant.

[3]The claim is therefore struck out. Approved by:
