[1]On application by the respondent, and having considered relevant correspondence from the parties, the tribunal wrote to the claimant on 3 July 2025 in accordance with rule 38 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of procedure 2024 saying that Regional Employment Judge Pirani was considering striking out the claim because it was not being actively pursued[2]The letter explained that if the claimant wished to object to the proposal, they must write to the tribunal by 2 PM on 4 July 2025 either giving reasons or requesting a hearing at which they can provide their objections.[3]No reply was received from the claimant. Accordingly, the claim is struck out.[4]The four day hearing commencing 7 July 2025 is vacated and will not take place. 1 of 2 Case Number 1401121/2024
