JUDGMENT

[1]The claimants are entitled to the following redundancy payments: Mrs Burns - £3564 Ms Savings - £335.52 Mr Moore - £1524.78 Mrs Jesshope - £3460.05[2]The respondents breached the contracts of the following claimants by failing to give notice of dismissal and they are awarded damages in the following sums: Mrs Burns - £1584 Ms Savings - £223.68 Case No. 1401113/2016, 1401114/2016, 1401350/2016, 1301351/2016[3]The respondents failed to make payments representing holiday accrued and untaken to the following claimants and are directed to pay them the following sums: Mrs Burns - £176 Ms Savings - £115.33[4]The claims of Mr Moore and Mrs Jesshope in relation to notice and holiday pay were presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable for them to have presented in time and they are therefore dismissed.[5]The respondents are directed to reimburse the claimants in respect of tribunal fees in the following sums: Mrs Burns - £390 Mr Moore - £390 Mrs Jesshope - £45
