The judgment of the tribunal is as follows: Liability[1]The following claims against the respondent are well founded, pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013: Wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal and failure to pay holiday pay. Remedy[2]Wrongful dismissal: the tribunal orders the respondent to pay the claimant compensation of £1,999.20.[3]Unfair dismissal:a. The claimant is entitled to a basic award of £1,999.20b. The tribunal orders the respondent to pay the claimant a compensatory award of £1,676.00. Case Number: 1401088/2019[4]Holiday pay: The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation of £1,432.76[5]The sum in paragraph 4 is ordered net and (like the other sums awarded) is not liable for deductions for tax and National Insurance.[6]The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.
