The claimant does not seek any loss of earnings and The Recoupment Regulations do not apply. The claimant gives credit for £500.00 already received. 2. The respondent is also ordered to pay the claimant compensation for breach of contract in respect of the balance of four weeks of his seven weeks’ notice (until his subsequent employment) in the net sum of £1,452.00 (4 x £363.00).
