Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The complaint that the Respondent failed to comply with a requirement of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded and the Tribunal makes a protective award in respect of all monthly paid employees of the Respondent at its premises at the Ring Tower Centre, Moorside Road, Winchester, Hampshire who were dismissed as redundant on or after 31 January 2022 and orders the Respondent to pay those employees remuneration for the protected period of 90 days beginning on 31 January 2022.
