[1]Following an In Person Preliminary Hearing held on 25 January 2022 the Claimant was ordered to pay deposits as set out below; - The s.19 complaint in relation to the 2020 job application; £200; - The three s. 20 complaints in relation to the 2020 job application and the two in 2015; £600; - The 13 s. 27 complaints; £2,600.[2]The Order was sent to the Claimant on 26 January 2022. The Claimant has failed to pay the deposits. The claims are therefore struck out.[3]The Hearing fixed for 30 and 31 August 2022 and 1 September 2022 will not take place.
