JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was presented in the Bristol Employment Tribunal on 7 March 2023. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £525 (gross). This has been calculated by reference to the three and a half shifts which the Claimant stated he had worked on the ET1 claim form and multiplied by pay of £150 per shift.[3]The Claimant is responsible for accounting for any tax payable on this sum.[4]The sum must by paid within 14 days of the date of this judgment being sent to the parties.
