[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is upheld. Compensation is calculated as follows: Basic Award: £769.23 (gross) Compensatory Award: £230.77 (gross) Total Award: £1,000 (gross)

[2]The claimant’s claim of breach of contract is upheld. Damages are awarded in the sum of £230.77 (gross) This sum is however deducted from the unfair dismissal claim so that it is not double counted. Total Award: £1,000 (gross) less deductions
