[1]The correct respondent to the proceedings is Wickham Facilities Limited and the claim against BSP Projects South Limited is dismissed.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant for December 2019 and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £2,666.67 being the total gross sum deducted.[3]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of 5 days accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £615.38 being the gross sum deducted.[4]The claimant’s clam for car allowance, unpaid salary increase and notice pay is dismissed. Case No. 1401045/2020[5]The respondent’s counter-claim for payment of Solent University Fees and compensation for the Lenovo ThinkPad laptop is dismissed.
