JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of victimisation is struck out and dismissed under Rule 37(1)(c) for non-compliance with an order of the Tribunal.[2]The complaint of detriment for making protected disclosures was not presented in time despite it being reasonably practicable to do so and is dismissed.[3]The complaints of indirect disability discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments and harassment related to disability were not presented in time and it is not just and equitable to extend time and they are dismissed.
