REASONS

[1]On 26 April 2021 the Employment Tribunal wrote to the claimant saying that Employment Judge Roper was considering striking out the claim because;a. the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 14 April 2021b. it appeared that the claim was not being actively pursued[2]The claimant was given the opportunity to object or request a hearing at which submissions could be made. The claimant has not made any representations in writing or otherwise and has failed to request a hearing.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
