The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 25 October 2021, the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out, or to request a hearing, because he had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 16 July 2021 and 11 October 2021 and the case had not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant did not respond to that request and the claim is now struck out and dismissed for those reasons.[3]The hearing fixed for 3 and 4 November 2021 will not take place.
