The JUDGMENT of the tribunal is that: - The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to entertain the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal as was it was not presented within the statutory time limit pursuant to section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The claimant’s claim is therefore dismissed.
