[1]The claims of unfair dismissal, breach of contract, and a failure to provide a contract succeed.[2]The compensation for the unfair dismissal is the basic award of £2155.50 + £ 75,956.40 Compensatory Award (capped at 52 weeks pay) = £78,111.90. No separate award for breach of contract is made because of double recovery.[3]A four week award for the failure to provide written terms and conditions of employment £ 1620 Total award £79,731.90 Recoupment applies to the loss to date part of the compensatory award so the relevant dates are 15th March 2017 ( EDT) to today’s date – 24th September
