[1]The complaint in respect of unpaid pension contributions is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £2,251.63.[2]The complaint in respect of unpaid expenses is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £126.67.[3]The complaint in respect of unpaid car allowance is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,209.27.[4]The complaint in respect of statutory redundancy pay is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £3,264.00.[5]The complaint of breach of contract in respect of notice pay is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £5,625.00, subject to deductions for tax and National Insurance.[6]The complaint in respect of unpaid holiday is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £4,326.93.[7]The total due to be paid to the Claimant by the Respondent is £16,803.50, with £5,625.00 being subject to deductions for tax and National Insurance Case No: 1400869/2022
