Pursuant to rule 21(2) Employment Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure and upon no response being presented and having considered the tribunal file:[1]The claimant’s claims in respect of;a. breach of contract for notice pay,b. holiday pay andc. unauthorised deduction of wages are well-founded and succeed. Upon hearing from the claimant and the respondent not attending;[2]In respect of the claim of breach of contract, the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant damages assessed at £487.38.[3]In respect of the claim for holiday pay, the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1033.08.[4]In respect of the claim of unauthorised deduction of wages the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum £1647.82 Case Number: 1400869/2021
