[1]The Respondent made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages, and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1,344.34, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted;[2]The Respondent was in breach of its contract by dismissing the Claimant without notice;[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the further sum of £3,333.34, being damages for breach of contract;[4]The Respondent was further in breach of its contract by failing to pay the Claimant an expenses allowance in the sum of £100;[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the further sum of £100, being damages for breach of contract.
