JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant was not disabled within the meaning of the Equality Act and her complaints of discrimination on the grounds of disability under ss. 13, 19 and 20 of the Equality Act 2010 are therefore dismissed.

[2]The complaint of victimisation contained within paragraph 24.1 of the List of Issues of 4 October 2021 is dismissed as having no reasonable prospects of success under rule 37 of the Employment Tribunal Rules.

[3]The remainder of her claims proceed in accordance with the Order and Case Summary of even date.
