JUDGMENT
[1]By consent the claimant’s complaints of unlawful deductions from wages in respect of notice pay and holiday pay succeed and the respondent shall pay to him the sum of £93.83, a gross sum, on which it is for the claimant to account for any income tax or employee national insurance which may be payable.[2]The claimant’s complaints of detriment and dismissal on grounds of having made protected disclosures and/or having asserted statutory rights are dismissed. The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds. The parties shall apply for a remedy hearing after twenty eight days if remedy is unresolved (providing dates of unavailability for a half day hearing in the period 3 September to 30 November 2018).
