JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was employed by the 3rd respondent therefore the 1st and 2nd respondents are dismissed from the proceedings.[2]The 3rd respondent failed to pay wages and holiday pay due in the sum of £3933.55 as a result the claimant suffered consequential loss in the sum of £215.90. The 3rd respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £5186.81 (£4149.45 uplifted by 25% for the 3rd respondent’s breach of the ACAS code on disciplinary and grievance procedures).[3]The 3rd respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1916 (4 weeks pay) pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 for the failure to provide written particulars of employment. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No:1400832/17
