[1]By a letter dated 11July 2024 the Tribunal gave the remaining claimants in this multiple an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because they have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The Claimants have not made any representations as to why this should not be done, and nor have they requested a hearing.[3]The claims are therefore struck out because they have no reasonable prospect of success.
