JUDGMENT
[1]The second respondent Pump International Limited is the correct respondent to these proceedings and accordingly the first respondent Grosvenor Pumps Limited is dismissed from these proceedings; and[2]Terms of settlement having been agreed by the parties this case is adjourned to allow those terms of settlement to be implemented. If neither party has made an application to the tribunal to re-list the matter for hearing before 30 April 2017 then the case will stand dismissed as at that date.
