The claims of(a) sex discrimination(b) breach of contract for notice(c) the alleged failure by the Respondent to make reasonable adjustments (in breach of sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010) are struck out.

REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £300 following a preliminary hearing held on 15 October 2019. The Order was sent to the claimant on 23 October 2019.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints of(a) sex discrimination(b) breach of contract for notice(c) the alleged failure by the Respondent to make reasonable adjustments (in breach of sections 20 and 21 of the Equality Act 2010) are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The claimant’s remaining claims will proceed. The matter is listed for a case management hearing by telephone on 13 December 2019 at noon as previously advised.
