JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent in her personal capacity was the Claimant’s employer.[2]The Claimant’s claims for unauthorised deductions from earnings and holiday pay are well-founded.[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant owed wages in the sum of £1,859.07 net and holiday pay in the sum of £1,808.69 net.[4]The total of £3,667.76 net must be paid by the Respondent at £100 per calendar month (the last payment will be £67.76) on the last Friday of each month, the first payment to be made on 30 May 2025. In default of any such payment, the balance of the total Judgment becomes payable forthwith.
