Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]No response to the claims has been received by the tribunal.[2]The respondent owes the claimant outstanding wages in the sum of £502.81 (net).[3]The respondent owes the claimant outstanding holiday pay in the sum of £190.80 (net).[4]In accordance with section 32 Employment Act 2002 the claimant is awarded an additional two weeks’ wages in the sum of £441.80 because the respondent failed to provide him with a written contract of employment.[5]The respondent is therefore ordered to pay the claimant the total amount of £1,135.41.[6]The hearing on 15 June 2018 is cancelled.
