JUDGMENT
The complaint of discrimination on the grounds of marriage or civil partnership is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant’s claim of discrimination was clarified as having been on the grounds of marriage or civil partnership (the further particulars of 30 May 2018, which were filed in accordance with the Order 16 May 2018 and further discussed at the hearing on 11 July 2018).[2]At a further Preliminary Hearing which was held on 31 October 2018, an Employment Judge ordered the Claimant to pay a deposit of £250.00 in respect of that complaint of discrimination on the grounds of marriage or civil partnership.
