[1]By a letter dated 12 November 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because[2]The company which she is seeking to pursue has been dissolved.[3]Despite being given the opportunity to apply to Companies House to restore the company to the register, the claimant has not done that. In those circumstances it is impossible for the claim to continue. There is no respondent in existence against who the claim can be made.
