JUDGMENT
[1]The correct name of the Respondent is Mortgage Compare Limited, and permission is given to amend the claim accordingly.[2]The Respondent unlawfully deducted the sum of £664.59 from the gross wages due to the Claimant in respect of November 2017 and the Respondent is ordered to pay that sum to the Claimant.[3]In the alternative, in breach of contract, the Claimant failed to pay the wages which were due to her in respect of November 2017. The parties agreed that, after deductions for tax, the net sum due to the Claimant was £476.55.
