JUDGMENT
The judgment of the tribunal is that(a) the correct identity of the respondent is Chuttanatron Armstrong;(b) the claimant succeeds in his claim for breach of contract and unlawful deduction from wages and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,415.50, representing unpaid wages; and(c) by agreement between the parties, it is agreed that such sum of £1,415.50 will paid by the respondent to the claimant in instalments, with £215.50 to be paid by the end of September 2023 and thereafter by equal monthly payments of £200 in October, November and December 2023 and January, February and March 2024, to be paid in each case by the end of the relevant month.
